Product Description

A cushion cover is a great way to bring your beautiful design to life. They look great on the shelf in store or at home on the sofa.

Digital and screen printing options are available, both of which yield a vibrant high contrast print. Choose from a range of dyed drill colours for the reverse of your cushion at no extra charge. This means you can pick a colour to compliment or contrast the design printed on the front of your cushion covers.

High quality UK made cushion cover

Our cushion cover are growing in popularity. Due to the demand for different materials we now carry an ever growing stock of cotton types and different styles of finishing. What sets Class Printing apart is the attention to detail and the many ways we can finish your designs to your specific requirements.

We print cushion covers for organisations, businesses, shops and schools. If you have specific finishing requirements, our inhouse sewing department can handle your needs.

Pre-production samples available

Also we offer pre-production samples for our cushion covers. One-off digitally printed samples of your cushion cover design £25 + VAT (one cushion cover) and £30 + VAT for a one-off screen printed sample. Following the sample, if an order is placed for 25 units or more we will refund the sample charge.

Made from high quality materials

We use local suppliers and manufacturers who use high quality materials and provide a high-quality product. Our cushion covers are available in a choice of fabrics including optimal pre-treated 8oz half Panama and premium cottons in white, natural and dyed cream.

For digitally printed tea towels, we recommend our superior material to print vibrant colours and fantastic detail. It has superb wash fastness and durability and allows you to select either a bleed off or placement print design. It’s made from high quality white 8oz Half Panama. Our other option is standard premium cotton which is perfect for designs with lighter colours and low ink coverage. It’s recommend that these standard premium cotton cushion covers are hand washed.

For screen printing – options include:
• 100% Cotton Drill – available in both White and Natural (unbleached)
• Heavy Cotton – available in in Natural
• 8oz Half Panama (100% cotton) – available in White

A large choice of size and finishing options

Our cushion covers are available in the following sizes:
• 45 x 30 cm - extra small
• 40 x 40 cm - small
• 45 x 45 cm - standard
• 60 x 40 cm - medium
• 60 x 60 cm - large

As our cushion covers are finished in the UK it means we can add your own branded labels, care labels and tags. This is a great option if you’re buying for a brand, boutique or gift shop.

Delivery

For orders over £250, delivery to standard UK mainland address is free of charge. Delivery for orders below £250 is £8.00 + VAT to standard UK mainland addresses.
